After publishing the first few posts in my series on CI/CD for Azure Data Factory, I got stuck into the next installment, released yesterday, on how to handle Integration runtimes (which argueably should have come first🤫).

This week saw the end of Hacktoberfest, so I hope you managed to get your four pull requests in before Sunday (assuming you were participating).

I’m continuing the theme of #Hacktoberfest this week with another link on contributing to open source down the bottom.

Following a brilliant Hacktoberfest Scotland on Saturday 10th Oct, I’ve been in an out of some open-source projects this past week lining up some repos I want to contribute to for Hacktoberfest while preparing for the DataWeekender conference this coming Saturday, so it’s a short (and late) post today.

Last week we had SQLBits running, virtually, from Tuesday through Saturday.

As a change of pace this week, while I study for the DP-201 exam I’ve been browsing some different content outside of my data engineering bubble.

This past week I’ve been digging about in Azure Databricks and Delta lake while doing some last minute study for Microsoft’s DP-200 exam which I sat, and passed on Monday.
